Today I will talk about electronic governance.

E-governance refers to the use of information and communication technology to improve the management of government institutions and enhance transparency and efficiency in service delivery. E-governance aims to:

  1. Facilitating access to information : Facilitating citizens’ access to government information and services via the Internet.
  2. Improving services : Providing faster and more efficient services to citizens.
  3. Promote transparency : Increase transparency in government operations and reduce corruption.
  4. Community participation : encouraging citizens to participate in decision-making.

E-governance is an important tool for achieving sustainable development and enhancing trust between government and citizens.
